What is the Dashboard?

The dashboards provide engagement users with an at-a-glance view of the status of the engagement.

Key functions
What data can I view with this feature?

  • View Period end date & Auditor report date
  • Status of provided by client (PBC) requests
  • Working paper status
  • Review notes status and priority 

User flow

View period end date and auditors report date
The period end date is entered as part of the engagement creation and may be edited at any time under the engagement settings menu found under the logged in users name.
The auditors report date can be set or modified under the engagement setting menu as well.

 Status of PBC requests

  • The dashboard provides a status for all PBC requests
  • A user may click on the dashboard category, such as follow-up, and be navigated to the PBC Manager view to review relevant requests in that category. Click the View all link to return to a full view of all requests
  • The dashboard separates overdue requests for special emphasis 

 Working Paper status

  • See a status of the number and percentage of working papers that have been prepared/reviewed/signed-off to easily follow the progress of the engagement work
  • A user may click on the dashboard category, such as reviewed, and be navigated to the PBC Manager view to review relevant requests in that category. Click the View all link to return to a full view of all requests

Review notes status and priority

  • The dashboard provides a status for all review notes recorded in the engagement
  • A user may click on the dashboard category, such as open, and be navigated to the PBC Manager view to review relevant requests in that category. Click the View all link to return to a full view of all requests
  • The dashboard will also display the priority level of all review notes with the status of open to surface important info for the reviewer
